Saying goodbye to 2025 and looking ahead to 2026! 👋

Filming royalty, shooting videos with one of the world’s largest video game publishers, and working on producing a global esports tournament in Canada, are just some of the ‘pinch me moments’ SHARE got up to in 2025!

Overall, at the end of year 3, it’s been another exciting year of growth; with new clients, loads of fun new projects, and awards. We continued to invest in new services, high-end video and podcasting equipment, and a full rebrand.

Below are just some of the projects we worked on:

At the start of the year, we worked with the team at the NHS Exeter Genomics Laboratory to produce a film shown at the Festival of Genomics and Biodata, highlighting the incredible breakthrough work being done in the fields of genetic research and medicine.

We filmed again with our friends at the Devon Cookery School, shooting some beautiful refreshed footage of their gorgeous kitchens and training space, and we’re currently working with the team to boost their monthly video output, editing Meta reels, TikToks, and longer-form YouTube content.

We worked with Player Ready VR on a new batch of social media ads to promote their alternative education provision service across their UK centres, and it was brilliant to work on a new recruitment film for ExeChanges, giving prospective staff an inside look into the business and the important work they do providing therapeutic supported living for young people in Exeter. We produced a main, longer-form video, and repurposed the footage shot into multiple short-form videos.

As always, it was a pleasure to work with the team at Headway - the brain injury association - on more films about their vital services for brain injury survivors and their families across the country. This includes recently compiling and editing their annual Headway Awards finalist videos, highlighting incredible people all over the country for their selflessness, care, and bravery.

It was absolutely incredible to spend three weeks out in Toronto, Canada, working with 1Up Productions on the Valorant Masters esports tournament for Riot Games. It was an amazing 3-week event, which saw crew from all over the world working together to produce an incredible experience for gaming fans. As well as working on the co-ordination of the show, we also shot behind-the-scenes footage and photos.

In June, we worked with the lovely team at the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre to document the LEAP Festival of Digital Health at the University of Exeter.

It was fantastic to work with marketing agency Denhams Digital and Global Healthcare Projects to film social first content in Paternoster Square, London, for the launch of their Inside Out project, featuring a giant, walkthrough, inflatable human digestive system! The event saw packed-out lectures from leading voices in gut health and research. Creating content for this event also included filming a VIP visit from Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, all shot natively on iPhone 16 Pro Max and integrating a fast-turnaround workflow to get recap content uploaded to Instagram daily.

It was incredibly exciting to be approached by Ukie, the trade body for the video games industry in the UK, to film and take photos at the Electronic Arts offices as part of their EA x Digital Schoolhouse Ingenuity Day. It was fascinating to learn more about the development process behind blockbuster games like Battlefield 6 and the Frostbite Engine, and the work that Digital Schoolhouse is doing to train teachers and foster the next generation of talent.

As one of our final projects of the year, it’s been great to work with the Deaf Academy on a series of 3 recruitment films. It was fantastic to film with their accommodating team, and they were great fun to work with!

As always, it’s been more than an absolute pleasure to continue our work with our friends at the Games Rating Authority, The School of Natural Skincare, and Coastal Recycling throughout the year!

We’ve also continued to work with our partners at Exeter Phoenix on delivering video production workshops and courses on content creation for businesses, on-camera confidence, video editing, and more. This included a multi-day content creation course with Devon Partnership NHS Trust, training their marketing team in video production skills and social media video content, using smartphones so they can produce more video content in-house.

Awards and Honours:

We were honoured to be finalists in not one, but two categories at this year’s Exeter Living Awards in both ‘Creative & Arts’ and ‘Business Services’ awards.

SHARE was awarded Highly Commended in the highly contested latter category, which was an incredible privilege, especially with the honour being announced in a room full of such successful and inspiring Devon businesses.

We also took home an award in the Two Short Nights Film Festival at Exeter Phoenix, as part of their 48 Hour challenge, which is always great fun, and really flexes our creative muscles!

We were incredibly flattered to receive two separate client nominations for the South West Notty’s business awards in the ‘Customer Crusader’, customer service category.

Unfortunately, with so many client projects on the go, we weren’t able to get our awards entry in on time, but the nominations are very much appreciated!

This summer, SHARE joined the Devon Chamber and became members of the Chamber Creative Sector group. A group of creative leaders dedicated to the interests and growth of the creative industries in Devon, including creating opportunities for new talent. We’re looking forward to working with the group to continue to champion Exeter and Devon as a growing hotbed for innovation and talent.

It was very humbling for our mentorship partnership with Arts Emergency to be featured as one of only a handful of case studies in their annual report, highlighting the progress our mentee had made in his year in the programme.

We’re also looking forward to launching our collaboration with the University of Exeter Innovative Hub, the Exeter Shorts Podcast, which will see us interviewing business owners, innovators, and inspirational people who are championing innovation and entrepreneurship in Exeter and Devon.

It’s also been a real honour to receive such lovely feedback from our clients and partners throughout the year, with SHARE reaching 40+ 5-star Google reviews, meaning we are over the moon to now be one of the top-rated video companies in Exeter and, overall, one of Exeter’s leading video production agencies, and emerging as a regional video production leader.

Phew! That’s about it for now!

We’re looking forward to 2026 and year 4 in business, with exciting plans and services ready to launch, but in the meantime, we hope that everyone has a fantastic Christmas and New Year!
